NASCAR sped into the San Diego Zoo as drivers and partners from 23XI Racing stopped by leading into the sport's historic debut at Naval Base Coronado this weekend.
Drivers spent time with cheetahs, leopards, and a host of other wildlife that inspired the custom wildlife patterns on their cars, while guests got an up-close look at the No. 45 car featuring our logo. It was a firsthand way to experience the conservation work happening here every day.
San Diego is home, and we're always glad to share what makes it remarkable. From the Zoo to the racetrack, our city has a way of bringing people together, and this milestone moment was one for the whole community to share.
Congratulations to Corey Heim and the entire 23XI Racing team on a tremendous first Cup Series win at Naval Base Coronado, and to San Diego for making it a weekend to remember.
