What to do if you don’t have time?
This came up in this week’s calls. So first thing is to double check your phone screen time, because your brain lies to you!
And the second thing is that it’s not often time that is the problem, it’s energy! And for leaders and bosses that’s often because we spend far too long making decisions. Decisions are like an app on your phone that just drains all your energy. So make the cut, to decide means to cut of, flip up the app and suddenly you have all the energy& time in the world!
