I have been on the lookout for a small horse/cob that would be suitable for a family share and at the end of April I went to view this beautiful girl and brought her home!
Murphy is going nowhere don’t worry 😂 but with life being busy with kids and having lost a lot of confidence sometimes riding him can be a bit overwhelming. He is very sharp and also not safe to hack on the road at all and doesn’t load well. I’ve really been hoping to find a second horse that is straight forward and sensible that I can hop on to go a hack or pop on the trailer to go have a bit of fun with with no stress. We recently said goodbye to our little lead rein pony Dory & started looking for a pony that would be big enough for me but still sensible enough for the kids to potter around on.
I think we have found a great fit for our family and I’m super excited to start getting out riding more! Hopefully I will get more videos as well now that I’ll be riding more regularly! 🥰
She is a 5 year old cob mare, very green but has the most lovely attitude 🥰
I’ve been really enjoying getting to know her over the last few months!
