✅️ Banana Cake In Air Fryer
✅️ Ingredients
* Ripe Banana 1
* Egg 1 room temperature
* Lime juice 1 tspn
* Jaggery powder 1/4 cup (add 2 tbspn extra if you need more sweet)
* Oil - 50 ml
* Vanilla Essence- 1 tspn
* Flour 3/4 cup ( 3/4th cup of 200 ml cup measurement)
* Cinnamon powder- 1/8 tspn
* Nutmeg powder 1/8 tspn
Chocolate Chips as needed
Note: I covered the cake with Aluminium foil to avoid dryness on top of the cake..so this helps in moist cake..
Preheat the Air fryer before air frying..
Total Air fry time 25 minutes to 30 minutes
Bake on low temperature of 150°c (very important)

Banana - 1 (ripe banana)
Egg - 1 (room temperature)
Jaggery - 1/3 cup
vanilla Essence- 1 tspn
Oil - 1/4 cup
Flour - 3/4 cup
Cocoa Powder- 2 tbspn
Nutmeg powder- 1/4 tspn
Cinnamon powder- 1/4 tspn
Baking powder- 1/2 tspn
Chocolate chips
