Islam emphasizes the importance of physical strength alongside spiritual strength. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer, while there is good in both.” (Sahih Muslim)
Physical strength allows us to: • Fulfill acts of worship with energy and focus. • Serve and protect our families and communities. • Build discipline and resilience that benefit both dunya and akhirah.
