We’re building a custom Minecraft gamemode called Dungeons! It has custom weapons, custom armor, bosses, portals, and dungeon runs that change every time you go in!

In this episode, I’m working on AXEnvoys, a drop crate plugin for the main game world. The goal is to take something that feels default and turn it into a world event people might actually want to chase.

This is not a plugin tutorial. It is more about the process of building a custom Minecraft network, one system at a time, testing rewards, tuning presentation, etc.

Dungeons is still a work in progress, but this is one more piece of it!
