Hi — I’m currently in a training class for Somatic Activated Healing, and I’d love to share a little glimpse of what I’ve been learning with you. This is a short, 9-minute practice that combines a few really powerful techniques.
We’ll start with thymus tapping to wake up the immune system and release tension, then move into deep nostril breathing to calm and center the body, and we’ll finish with some somatic healing movements to help let go of stress and reconnect with ourselves.
