Steve opens up about the first symptoms he ignored, the moment he woke surrounded by blood, and being initially told he was too young to have penile cancer. After weeks of worsening pain, doctors discovered an aggressive tumour and told him that life-saving surgery was his only option.
He discusses having four inches of his penis removed, adjusting to his body after surgery, dating and intimacy, and coming to terms with the possibility of death. Steve also explains why he now speaks so openly to break the stigma surrounding penile cancer.
