Hey there everyone! Another busy day filled with photography, family stuff, and of course, meat and cheese. I hope you are all enjoying getting to know me a lot better by seeing what my days look like. Still keeping things simple, and sticking to about one meal a day. Most days that looks like an epic bulletproof coffee, and a very filling dinner. I am on the go so often I find fasting helps me stay feeling energized and full. Just a disclaimer, I worked up to eating one meal a day and its not for everyone. I'm just sharing my personal experience on my ketogenic daily life as a busy, mom, wife, working artist and an over all firecracker.

Ketoginja Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients: 1 bag shredded cabbage or broccoli slaw 1 cup mayo 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp swerve or sweetener of your choice (heaping) 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Directions: In a large bowl whisk mayo, both vinegars & the sweetener. You absolutely should use the two different vinegars. I promise it makes a difference! Taste for flavor and adjust accordingly. Add cabbage to mayo mixture and stir well. Cover and put in fridge for at least one hour. Best if made the day before.
