Hey everyone,

My absence hasn’t been intentional. It’s been more challenging lately because I haven’t been able to find the headspace to create, and honestly, I’ve been mentally and physically exhausted.

Sometimes I need to take a mental break to focus on home life so that I can come back here and be fully present with all of you. Just know that when I’m gone for a little while, I’m simply trying to navigate things that take up a lot of mental space.

Nonetheless, I want anyone living in the world of autism to know that I understand the struggles that are often hidden, and you’re not alone. I’m praying for you every time I pray for myself.

For those of you who may not know this world, please keep us lifted up. Sometimes it’s not about trying to find solutions or offering advice. Sometimes the greatest gift is simply a hug, a cup of coffee, or hearing someone say, “It’s going to be okay.”

Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for sticking with me through this season. I appreciate this community more than you’ll ever know.
