Lately I’ve been feeling really burnt out and honestly just overwhelmed by life. After getting home from a trip, I tried spending a few days slowly getting things back under control with unpacking, grocery shopping, food prep, decluttering the garage, and spending some quiet time outside in the garden.

This isn’t one of those perfectly productive “I fixed my entire life in a day” videos. It’s more of a realistic reset while trying to function through burnout and take things one small task at a time.
