Hey, long time no see?! I know this video isn’t necessarily meant for this audience, HOWEVER, it is where I have my biggest audience. I felt very compelled to post this to be a real depiction of what postpartum is like after not the most fun of pregnancies, a traumatic birth, and the mental aspect of social media with postpartum depression. I am but one mom, a first time mom, who’s learned a crazy lot in the last [almost] 9 weeks, and just wanted to let others out there know that you’re not alone. If you’re a fella watching this, understanding what your woman is going through is also very important to be a pillar of support for her. All of these things, while unfortunately normal, are and will be okay. There’s more I could say, but we’d be here all day. We can do hard things, we can get through, and as I tell myself every day “this too shall pass.” ALSO, NO I DO NOT PLAN ON MAKING MOMMY CONTENT I JUST HAD TO GET THIS OUT THERE!
